Today was shopping day. I left kids with their daddy and went to Costco and Fred Meyer. I bought strawberries, blueberries, unsweetened soy milk and agave nectar etc. For dessert we had delicious smoothies.
This is a recipe:
The Ingredients:
– strawberries
-blueberries
-soy milk (for my husband cow milk)
-agave nectar
Blend ingredients, enjoy!
